The restoration of The Moreby Hall Estate is being undertaken by high end design and property development company Nicholas & Nicholas Limited, N2 successfully acquired Planning and Listed Building Consent to restore the buildings and provide a sustainable long-term use for the Grand House together with the Servants Quarter by way of conversion into 13 apartments and 7 townhouses.
N2 Director Nicholas Gallagher has developed the plans to bring The Moreby Hall Estate back to life, bringing a wealth of design knowledge the proposals create homes which are architecturally inspiring to life within based on a design led approach, creating homes which are sustainable to live into today and in the future securing Moreby Hall for years to come.
